What
is "Travel With You"?
Its a travel companion service for those who would choose
to travel with someone yet don't have a suitable partner
to travel with. Essentially "Travel With You"
can be a activity partner, travel guide, tour arranger
or just a friend to share the experiences.
Is
it for singles only?
Absolutely not! "Travel With You" can cater
for individuals (male or female) or groups up to three.
Primarily the service is to cater for individuals who
choose not to travel in organised tours yet would like
a companion.
Do
you organise tours?
Yes - we can organise all aspects of your travel requirements.
Although we are not a travel agent we work with leading
agents to organise the arrangements according to your
requirements.
What
are the charges involved in the "Travel With You"
service?
Because of its individual nature each clients requirements
are catered for and charged accordingly. The basic charges
would be based around a daily fee plus expenses, which
would include travel and accommodation similar to the
client.
Where
will "Travel With You" travel to…
we will travel wherever you want us to go! Mind you there
are places which from time to time will be off our list
due to too high a risk or safety is a factor.
What
sort of activities can we expect to be able to do or do
you cater for?
Activities are based on your wishlist… I am happy
to arrange anything from a cocktail sipping poolside relaxation
trip to an adventurous highly active bike or hiking trip.
Is
there a specific age group
No age limitations other
than the travelee must be an adult.
What
are the little extra's having a "Travel With You"
experience means
small things like making sure local tours are booked and
taxi's are ready, dinner arrangements made and having
someone just to carry the bags where needed. There's also
the difference of having someone to take the pictures
or video so that your trip doesn't just include pictures
of the scenery it also has you as the subject!
How
did "Travel With You" originally start?
We are passionate about travel….. simply we wanted
to share this and travel at the same time…. So what
better way than to work in a field you love! Every day
a new experience, a new challenge or wonderfull people
all around the world.
What
are the normal accommodation arrangements?
Well depending on your wishes we can arrange single or
shared based on the standard of you choice. However we
do require that as a companion we stay in the same venues
and travel together.
Is
there a limit on how long or short a trip can be?
No limits - it can be for an evening, a weekend or several
months.
What
happens if I don't like my companion after the trip has
started?
Well in this instance the options can be that we can find
another companion to complete the trip with you
How
will I know I can get on with my companion
As a rule we like to meet at least once prior to the trip
and if the trip will be an extended one (over 4 weeks)
then we suggest a small weekend away or a chance to meet
for some quality time together. We are both looking to
ensure there is a comfortable compatibility and that there
is no hidden
What
sort of activities can we expect to do?
Well what do you to? Its all possible.. as a part of your
wish list we ask you to itemise (or give us an idea of)
what you would like to do. Its all possible and its your
holiday so you are in control. Once you let us know what
you want to do the we work to make it all possible.
Where
can I start my travel from?
"Travel With You" can meet you anywhere you
want them to meet you! It can be at the start of the trip
of during or to finish the trip.
Can
my companion meet me during the trip
absolutely, if you want a companion for just one leg of
a trip then that's very possible its just a matter of
letting us know where and when, we will look after the
rest.
Can
I just have my companion for part of the trip?
absolutely, if you want a companion for just one leg of
a trip then that's very possible, its just a matter of
letting us know where and when, we will look after the
rest.
What
happens if me or my companion gets sick?
"Travel With You" will be there to look after
your needs whilst on the trip and if you get sick then
we will ensure that you are taken to the best medical
care that is available. We will stay with you and ensure
that if special arrangements are required to get you home
or to proper medical care then this will be arranged.
Where required we will look after notification of relatives
or friends.
How
far do I need to book ahead?
The sooner the better to ensure that the times you need
are available. As a rule a minimum of 2 - 3 months would
be ideal, however short notice trips are always possible…
just contact me to check dates and availability.
Will
my travel companion be a part of everything I do on the
trip?
This is very flexible part of the service, you can share
all or any part of your activities or itinerary with your
companion. Its as simple as letting me know what is required
at any time along with the itinery.
